Court notice to Venugopal

NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Thursday issued notices to All-India Institute of Medical Sciences Director P. Venugopal and two other former AIIMS officials on a petition filed by a social activist alleging financial irregularities. The Delhi police have also been issued notice.

Additional sessions judge Swarn Kanta asked Dr. Venugopal and two former officials to be present in court on May 17.
