Isolated rain in Tamil Nadu

CHENNAI: Rainfall occurred at a few places over Kerala.

Isolated rainfall occurred over Tamil Nadu and Telangana, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Interior Karnataka.

Dry weather prevailed over Rayalaseema, coastal Karnataka and Lakshadweep.

The chief amounts of rainfall recorded in centimetres are: Pennagaram (Dharmapuri dt.) and Kavali Airport 5 each, Nagarcoil (Kanyakumari dt.) 4, Krishnagiri, Sooolagiri (Krishnagiri dt.) and Kavali 3 each.

Weather (Valid until Monday morning): Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, South Interior Karnataka. Isolated rain or thundershowers are likely to occur over North Interior Karnataka.

Mainly dry weather will prevail over coastal Karnataka and Lakshadweep.

Outlook for Subsequent Two Days: No significant change.
