Visual arts school inaugurated

CHENNAI : Three professional graphic artistes have come together to establish a visual arts institute in the city.

It was inaugurated on Sunday by lyricist Vaali. Criya - School of Visual Arts, located at Gokul Arcade in Adyar, will be offering certificate course in visual arts.

Sampath Arumugham, one of the promoters of Institute, said the seven-month certificate course would focus on providing hands on training to students. The course fee is Rs. 45,000.
