Stop false propaganda, CPI(M) tells Congress
Special Correspondent
HYDERABAD:
Taking strong objection to the Congress MLAs criticising the CPI(M), party's State secretary B.V. Raghavulu advised the Congressmen to convince the Government to concede the demands of village servants instead of indulging in "false propaganda."
In a statement, Mr. Raghavulu recalled that the Congress had promised to recognise village servants as Class IV employees in its manifesto, but forgot to implement the same after coming to power. The claim that the DA of the village servants as well as the salary had been hiked from Rs. 900 to Rs. 1,500 was also false, he said.
