Good response to benefit show

The public responded with magnanimity to the benefit magic show `Illusion India' conducted by Gopinath Muthukad and his 25-member troupe at Gujarati School in Kozhikode on April 17, to collect funds for Thanal, the Centre for Befriending Persons in Danger of Suicide.

As it was organised during the summer vacation, people from all age groupscould enjoy the programme.

Muthukad showcased an item that sought to convey the message that suicide was not the solution to combat the travails of life.
