Celebrating dance through variety

BANGALORE: It is time to put on your dancing shoes, what with the World Dance Day round the corner on April 29.

Alliance Francaise de Bangalore and the Natya Stem Dance Kampni is all set to celebrate the day with performances of several dance forms, from classical, to contemporary and folk, to the very structured martial-arts style. Each dance will be introduced by Madhu Nataraj.

Kathak guru Maya Rao will inaugurate the event on April 26 at 7.30 p.m. at the Alliance Francaise auditorium.
