Rain likely in T.N. CHENNAI: Rainfall occurred at a few places over south interior Karnataka and Kerala. Isolated rainfall occurred over Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.

Dry weather prevailed over coastal and north interior Karnataka and Lakshadweep.

On Friday, the maximum temperature fell appreciably at one or two places over Telangana, south interior Karnataka, fell at one or two places over Rayalaseema, north interior Karnataka, interior Tamil Nadu, rose at one or two places over coastal Andhra Pradesh and changed little elsewhere over the region.

Forecast (valid until Monday morning): Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at a few places over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Kerala, Telangana and south interior Karnataka.

Isolated rain or thundershowers are likely to occur over coastal Karnataka, Rayalaseema and coastal Andhra Pradesh. Mainly dry weather will prevail over north interior Karnataka and Lakshadweep.
