PIX Transmissions acquires U.K. firm

CHENNAI : PIX Transmissions Ltd., a manufacturer and exporter of belts and hoses with plants at Nagpur, Maharashtra, has announced the acquisition of Flexequip Hydaulics of the U. K. by its European subsidiary PIX Europe Ltd. Flexequip is a supplier of quality end-fittings, adapters, hose-asssemblies, accessories and other industry-related products.
