R. Rajaraman (Embalam) brought to the notice of the Chief Minister amidst laughter of members during question hour on Tuesday that he was really taken aback at the wrong framing of his question relating to construction of U-drain a Abishegapakkam. Mr. Rajaraman said the department concerned had described the facility as

"U-Turn". Later, the Chief Minister told the member that the scheme would be implemented at a cost of Rs. 52 lakh by end of this fiscal.
