`Vodafone deal a case of transfer of shares'

NEW DELHI: Amid the controversy over foreign shareholding in mobile firm Hutch-Essar, Finance Ministry on Tuesday said it was just a case of transfer of shares from one party to another. "There is no FDI involved. It is just a case of transfer of shares," Finance Minister,
