S.P. Apparels acquires Natalia brand

CHENNAI: S. P. Apparels Limited, a Coimbatore-based fully integrated garment exporter and retailer, has acquired a women's western wear brand `Natalia', owned by Chennai-based garment export company, SM Apparels. This acquisition will help S. P. Apparels to aggressively tap the immense potential in the women's wear market in India. In a release issued here on Tuesday, P. Sundararajan, Managing Director, S. P. Apparels, has stated that the women's western wear category, including the formal and casual wear, is fast growing.
