Syntel to develop SEZ facility in Siruseri

CHENNAI : Syntel is commencing the construction of a 29 acre SEZ facility in Siruseri, near here. According to a release, the company expect to build 8 lakh sq. ft. in Phase 1 by June 2008 at a cost of $20 million (about Rs. 90 crore). In Pune the company has created about 2,200 seats in the Pune campus, taking the total capacity to 3,200. It has received approval for creating its own SEZ facility in Pune with an investment of Rs. 45 crore.
