Rainbow Jeeva is champion

Coimbatore : A fine knock of 80 by Ananda Kumar enabled Rainbow Jeeva Cricket Club score an emphatic five-wicket win over Miracle Cricket Club and emerge champion of the CDCA league entry knockout tournament for the Super Spinning Mills Trophy at the TNAU grounds here recently. The finalists have made it to the CDCA fourth division league.

The scores:

Final: Miracle CC 183 for eight in 30 overs (Suresh Kumar four for 67) lost to Rainbow Jeeva CC 187 for five in 22.4 overs (Ananda Kumar 80).

Losers' final: Vivekananda CC 148 in 29.4 overs (Magesh Kumar 44) lost to Eleven Tigers CC 149 for six in 29.4 overs (M. Sekhar 59). — Sports Reporter
