NEW DELHI: State Bank of India beat Golden Hawks by 16 runs in the Super Elite Group I match of the DDCA cricket league championship here.

The scores: Super Elite I: SBI 247 for nine in 40 overs (Himanshu Chawla 48, Preet Kamal 45, Mohammed Kaif 44, Vikram Singh four for 40) bt Golden Hawks 231 for nine in 40 overs (Vishal Sharma 69, Akshay Sharma 49).

Super Plate: Sonnex Club 217 for six in 35 overs (Gaurav Rana 53) bt Punjab National Bank 45 in 23 overs.
