Students of corporate colleges shine

6,639 score 100 per cent in Mathematics

HYDERABAD: Students of corporate colleges continued their good performance in the Intermediate second year examinations.

Nearly 7,000 students of Narayana institutions scored more than 90 per cent marks. T. Lakshmi Prasanna of the institutions bagged the top position in the MEC group scoring 965 marks. According to a statement from the institutions, 6,639 students scored 100 per cent in Mathematics while 808 got cent per cent in Physics. Similarly, 870 students got 100 marks in Chemistry. In the BiPC stream G. Geetanjali and Rubiya Rafth scored 974 each. In the M.P.C stream Pallavi Raman got 987 marks while K. Durga Prasad got 986 marks.

`A' grade

Sri Chaitanya institutions said that 70 per cent of its students got the `A' grade. B.S. Rao, Director of Sri Chaitanya, said that in the BiPC stream A.S. Siva Prasad and C. Keertika scored 983 marks each. In the M.P.C. stream Harika, Venkatramaiah and N. Naveena scored 984 marks each. Vijayawada Gowtham colleges' student C.H. Srilakshmi scored 987 marks in the MPC stream, according to a press release. Another release said that Rubeena Begum of M.S. Junior College secured 984 marks in the MPC group.
