Krushi chief refused bail

HYDERABAD: Justice Dr. G.Yethirajulu of Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday refused to grant bail to Venkateswara Rao, former head of Krushi Urban Cooperative Bank Ltd.

The judge was dealing with a petition filed by Venkateswara Rao claiming that he has been in prison for long time and he should be enlarged on bail. The judge took into consideration the earlier track record and declared that the bail petition is being dismissed.
