Lason India to merge with HOV Services

CHENNAI : Lason India Private Ltd. will soon be merged with Pune-based HOV Services Ltd. HOV Services LLC, a fully owned American subsidiary of HOV Services Ltd., recently took over the U.S. BPO (business process outsourcing) company Lason. The offshore buy-out cost HOV Services $148 million. Following this, the Indian arm of Lason too has come under the fold of HOV, says a release.
