KOCHI: The Kerala Latin Catholic Association (KLCA) has said that the Supreme Court observations on the Narendran Committee Report were helpful to the backward communities and appealed to the State Government to imbibe its spirit. An emergency meeting of the State Managing Council of the association here on Tuesday appealed to the Government also to speed up the work of Justice Rajendra Babu Commission and to bring out an interim report to create the background for making appointments as in the past. The managing council of association also decided to hold a symposium here on court verdicts and modern India on May 13, said a press release here from Felix J. Pulloodan, president of the association.
