NEW DELHI: The wage boards for journalists and non-journalists will be announced in the next few days, according to Minister of State for Labour (Independent charge) Oscar Fernandes. ``We will see that the wage board is in place within a few days,'' Mr. Fernandes said in response to a question on the delay in setting up the board. He said there might not be any further delay as action had been taken. The Cabinet approved a proposal for setting up the wage boards on December 18 last year. The Federation of Newspapers and News Agencies Employees Organisations has been demanding that the proposed wage boards be constituted without further delay.
