YSR's assets: TDP to petition poll panel

`Irregularities in Rajiv nanotechnology park'

HYDERABAD: The TDP would again bring to the notice of the Election Commission, how the State Government officials were trying to tamper with the records relating to the lands owned by Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy.

At a press conference, Telugu Desam Parliamentary Party leader K. Yerran Naidu, and the TD Legislature Party Deputy leader N. Janardhan Reddy alleged that the tampering has begun after the Commission asked the officials of Kadapa district to file a case against him for concealing the assets at the time of mandatory disclosure of assets before Assembly elections.

They also demanded suspension of Kadapa Collector for allegedly "trying to shield" the Chief Minister and showing that the lands owned by the latter were already transferred to others.

Dr. Janardhan Reddy alleged that like Fab City, there were a lot of irregularities in Rajiv Gandhi Nanotechnology Park.
