Law books released

HYDERABAD: High Court Chief Justice G. Singhvi released two law books — Competition law and cartels edited by P. Satyanarayana Prasad and Biotech patent law, edited by Veena.

The first book reflects the global challenges in enforcing the competition law against emerging cartels while the second book is a composition of various concepts, issues, problems, judicial interpretations, which are the focal points controversies in granting of biotech patents.
