Hyderabad: Application forms for Haj 2007 will be issued from June 11. The filled in forms will be accepted at the Haj Committee office till June 30. The forms can also be downloaded from the website of the Central Haj Committee: www.hajcommittee.com.

In a statement, State Haj Committee Chairman Hafiz Peer Shabbir Ahmed asked the intending pilgrims to carefully read the instructions on the application form. This time round the pilgrims would have to sign three affidavits: not having performed Haj during last five years, carrying the luggage in the bags as prescribed by the Haj Committee and accepting the accommodation provided to them in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
