Left should review support to UPA Government: RSP
Staff Reporter
KOCHI:
RSP State secretary T.J. Chandrachoodan on Thursday said that the RSP had pointed out earlier that the Left parties should review the decision to support the UPA Government.
Inaugurating the district conference of the Kerala Water Works Employees' Union (UTUC) here, Mr. Chandrachoodan said that he was glad that the CPI had finally come to the same stand regarding the support to the UPA Government. He said it was good to see that the CPI(M) also was starting to think on the same lines.
He said that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Finance Minister P.Chidambaram were representing the interests of the World Bank. He called upon the trade unions to take appropriate action to make the civil service corruption free.
M.K.A. Aziz presided over the meeting.
