HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy inducted 17 new members into his Cabinet on Thursday and reshuffled portfolios of several senior Ministers. At a colourful ceremony held on the sprawling lawns of Raj Bhavan, Governor Rameshwar Thakur administered the oath of office and secrecy to the new Ministers. Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy, Assembly Speaker K. R. Suresh Reddy, Council Chairman A. Chakrapani, Chief Justice of the High Court G.S. Singhvi and other dignitaries witnessed the 40-minute-long ceremony. . APCC chief K. Keshava Rao, and at least seven Ministers could not attend the oath-taking function.
