Answer keys published

Thiruvananthapuram: The Commissionerate for Entrance Examinations has published the answer keys of the question papers of the engineering and medical entrance examinations conducted from April 23 to 26. They are available on the Commissionerate's website - cee-kerala.org. Complaints if any regarding the questions or the answer keys should be forwarded to the Commissioner with necessary proof in writing before 4 p.m. on May 3. - Special Correspondent

Aptitude test for B.Arch admission

KOZHIKODE: The National Institute of Technology, Calicut (NIT-C) has clarified that the eligibility for admission to five-year B.Arch degree course in NITs for the year 2007 will be based on the aptitude test conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Examination along with the All India Engineering Entrance Examination. Those who are desirous to join B.Arch in institutions offering admissions through the Central Counselling Board of MHRD are advised to appear for the aptitude test. This is in line with the direction of the Department of Education, Union Ministry of Human Resource Development, says NIT-C Director G.R.C. Reddy. - Staff Reporter

KSEB to repay bond

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala State Electricity Board will repay bonds amounting to Rs.35.845 cores on April 30. It is the fourth and final instalment of its Non-SLR Bond series VIIA issued during 2000-01. Intimation in this respect has already been issued to the bondholders. The `at par' cheques for the subject redemption along with interest have already been sent to the bondholders who have duly surrendered the bond certificates. Others should surrender their bond certificates and collect the redemption cheques from the Office of the Financial Adviser at Vydyuthi Bhavanam, Thiruvananthapuram.
