KARIMNAGAR: TRS district president and legislator Etala Rajender has supported the party for the suspension of its senior leader A. Narendra in unavoidable circumstances following his intentional involvement in the emigration racket. Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, he termed the involvement of the senior leader in the racket as an unfortunate one. He also found fault with Mr. Narendra for possessing the passports of other MPs in his custody. He said that the party had suspended Mr. Narendra after collecting opinion of all the party leaders.
Movement
He also said that the suspension of Mr. Narendra would not have any impact on the party, which was formed with the sole motive of launching movement for the formation of Telangana State. To a query, he said that Mr. Kasipeta Lingaiah was not associated with the TRS. On the sixth anniversary (Vishwaroopa Maha Pradarshana) of the TRS in Warnagal town on Friday, he said that the district unit was mobilising two lakhs people for the meeting.
Separate State
He said that the TRS could convince all the political parties except the TDP for the formation of separate Telangana State.
