Judgment in Margadarsi Financiers case soon

HYDERABAD: Justice E. Yethirajulu of the High court on Thursday declared that the arguments in the criminal petition filed by Margadarsi Financiers challenging the orders of the search had been concluded and the judgment will be delivered soon.

The court had declared that a search can be carried out in the premises of Margadarsi Financiers.

These orders were challenged by Margadarsi on various grounds, including mala fide intentions, etc.

The arguments were heard over a period of three days and the judgement has been reserved.
