Vacation Benches of Madras High Court notified

CHENNAI:
The vacation benches of the Madras High Court were notified by the Registry on Friday.
The first vacation sitting will be on May 2 and 8. Justice K.N. Basha (Writs, Education, General Miscellaneous, etc.), Justice V. Dhanapalan (Labour, Service, Forest, Excise, etc) and Justice T. Sudanthiram (Bail, Anticipatory Bail, etc.) will have sittings on those days. n the second schedule, vacation courts will work on May 15 and 22.
Justice M. Jeyapaul (Writs, General Miscellaneous, etc), Justice P.R. Shivakumar (Labour, Service, Forest, etc) and Justice S. Palanivelu (Bail, Anticipatory Bail, etc) will comprise the vacation Benches.
On May 29, Justice P. Jyothimani (Writs, General Miscellaneous, etc), Justice R. Sudhakar (Labour, Service, Forest, etc) and Justice A.C. Arumugaperumal Adityan (Bail, Anticipatory Bail, etc) will function as vacation Judges.
Filing dates
Filings can be done on April 30, May 4, 11, 18 and 25.
