MANGALORE: Two persons died and at least 40 others were injured, when their bus overturned and fell into a field at Jarigebailu on the Guruvayanakere-Uppinangady Road under Belthangady Police Station limits on Thursday afternoon. Police gave the names of the victims as Afsa (35), resident of Nyayatharpu village and Haseena (16) of Barya village of Belthangady taluk. Police said the bus carrying a group of people on their way to a wedding overturned after falling in the field.
