GUNTUR: Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy's tour programme has been changed again. He is scheduled to spend an extra half an hour in Guntur city on Sunday, while on Saturday he will visit Tenali. In Guntur city he will unveil four statues.
Final itinerary
As per the final tour itinerary released by district Collector G. Jayalakshmi, the helicopter will land at 1.13 p.m. and from there he will straight away proceed to unveil the statue of former Speaker Alapati Dharma Rao and later attend the marriage of G. Surender Reddy, Duggirala MLA Gudibandi Venkata Reddy's son. He is scheduled to leave Tenali for RR Patnam in East Godavari at 2.30 p.m.
Arrival advanced
On Sunday his arrival has been advanced by half an hour to 4.30 p.m. at Police Parade Grounds and from there he will come to Municipal Guest House where he will unveil the statue of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi and at 4.50 p.m. he will unveil the statue of Neelam Sajeeva Reddy at Koritepadu Centre. The AMG International will donate some amount to Chief Minister for construction of houses at Swarnabharati Nagar under Indiramma scheme. At 5 p.m. he will unveil the statue of Chebrolu Hanumaiah and from there he will proceed to Lalapet where he will unveil the statue of Mahatma Gandhi adjacent to GMC Administrative office. In a private programme he will inaugurate the BMR Group Bhaskara Hospital Intensive Medical Care unit at Kothapet at 5.25 p.m.
