Isolated rain likely in T.N.

CHENNAI: Rainfall occurred at a few places over Kerala. Isolated rainfall occurred over Tamil Nadu and interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather prevailed over coastal Karnataka and dry weather prevailed over Lakshadweep and Andhra Pradesh.

On Friday, the maximum temperature rose at one or two places over A.P. fell at one or two places over north interior Karnataka, fell appreciably at one or two places over south interior Karnataka and changed little elsewhere over the region. They were appreciably above normal over Telangana, coastal Karnataka, above normal at one or two places over north coastal A.p. rest Telangana, north Kerala and Interior Tamil Nadu at many places over Interior Karnataka and were generally normal over the rest of the region.

Forecast (valid until Monday morning): Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at few places over Kerala and coastal Karnataka. Islolated rain or thundershowers are likely to occur over Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Lakshadweep and interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather will prevail over Andhra Pradesh.
