Parth gets past Karan

MUMBAI: Maharashtra's Parth Shah sweated it out at the Practennis courts before getting past Tamil Nadu's Karan Kurup in three sets 2-6, 7-5, 6-0 in the all-India National Series Tennis Tournament 2007 on Monday.

Sharan Patil (Karnataka) faced a gritty opponent in Maharashtra's Milind Seth before winning in three sets.
