TNCC appoints district-wise observers

CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu Congress Committee on Tuesday announced the appointment of district-wise observers to study the party's strength all over the State.

In a statement, M. Krishnasswamy, TNCC president, said the observers would study the functioning of Central Government schemes and ascertain the chances of the organisation in the proposed elections to co-operative bodies. For each district, two observers have been appointed.
