JAIPUR: Labour economists, trade union activists, academicians and representatives of civil society organisations will deliberate on the conditions of work and promotion of livelihoods in the unorganised sector at a regional consultation in the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) here on Wednesday. The IDS is organising the consultation as part of its silver jubilee celebrations in collaboration with the Institute for Human Development, New Delhi, and the National Commission for Enterprises in the Unorganised Sector (NCEUS). The daylong event will focus on the draft report on the subject and the draft Bills for unorganised agricultural and non-agricultural sector workers prepared by the Commission.
