Judicial probe into Fab City deal sought

HYDERABAD: Telugu Desam Party has demanded a judicial inquiry by a sitting High Court judge into "irregularities" in the Fab City project.

Addressing a press met, TDP leaders N. Janardhan Reddy and R. Chandrasekhara Reddy said the Government has failed to respond to most of the 22 questions raised by the party over the deal. To the few questions it had responded, there were lot of inconsistencies. There was no clarity on issues even after the Government issued order on April 28 extending sops to SemIndia and its main promoter, Vinod Kumar Agarwal, they said.
