KHAMMAM: Chief Minister Y. S. Raja Sekhar Reddy will take part in the Praja Patham programme in Khammam district on May 2. As per the official programme, he will arrive at Jallepalli village in Tirumalayapalem mandal at 3.30 p.m by helicopter. He will meet officials and non-officials for 10 minutes before joining the Praja Padham at the high school grounds in the village. Later in the evening he will inaugurate the Rajiv Gruhakalpa housing complex phase-I in the town. He will lay the stone for the TNGOs housing colony at Karunagiri. He will unveil the statue of Rajiv Gandhi at Satyanarayanapuram village. He will hold a review meeting with district officials at 6.10 p.m to 7.40 p.m and reach the Roads and Buildings Department guest house at 7.45 p.m. He will stay overnight in the town and leave for Hyderabad at 8 am on Thursday.
