BJP shocked over killing of fishermen

CHENNAI : The Bharatiya Janata Party was shocked when it came to know that Sea Tigers killed the fishermen from Tamil Nadu, said the party's State president, L. Ganesan, on Tuesday. In a statement here on Tuesday, Mr. Ganesan said the LTTE was operating in Indian waters with impunity and smuggling arms. But Tamil fishermen were killed or arrested when they accidentally strayed into the Sri Lankan waters. The Indian Navy did not stop the LTTE men smuggling arms he charged.
