HR strategies discussed

CHENNAI : Human resources executives, academics and students came together to discuss the HR strategies adopted by various companies. The seminar on `What Next in HR - Business Intelligence for 21st Century Organisations' was organised by Prathyusha Engineering College recently. Executives from L&T, Reliance Retail, Lucas Indian Services and Savera Hotels highlighted the various strategies adopted by their companies. Some of the measures include counselling, relaxation techniques, extending retirement age of staff and other retention strategies, a release said.
