Case against Shahabuddin

PATNA: The Siwan police on Wednesday booked a fresh case against RJD MP Md. Shahabuddin for allegedly threatening a police official.

The officer in charge of the Barhariya station B.K.Pandey in a written complaint to the judicial magistrate B.B.Gupta said that Shahabuddin gesticulated in a courtroom suggesting that he would have him (Pandey) eliminated once he came out on bail.
