Big win for Social Cricketers

Bangalore: Social Cricketers defeated Bangalore United CC by an innings and 99 runs in a KSCA Group I, first division league match here recently. Social Cricketers scored 305 in its first innings and bowled out Bangalore United CC for 105 and 101 with Imran Khan bagging six wickets in the second innings.

The scores: Social Cricketers 305 in 67.5 overs (Rajshekar Shanbal 86, Vijay Karthik 64, Chetan Chakravarhy 63, C. Raghu four for 54) bt Bangalore United CC (1) 105 in 39 overs (M.R. Darshan four for 29) and 101 in 28.1 overs (Imran Khan six for 27).

Jawahar SC 325 in 95 overs (K.M. Aiyappa 85, V.S. Pawar 84, Nithin Bille 43, P. Srinivasamurthy five for 106) drew with Herons CC 222 in 63.5 overs (Nikhil Kashyap 46 n.o., K.N. Ramesh 44) and 91 for two in 24 overs.

Vultures CC 294 in 106 overs (K.V. Bharath 143 n.o., Raju Bhatkal four for 39) drew with Malleswaram Gymkhana 296 for six in 66.4 overs (Manjunath 89, Somashekar Shiraguppi 78 n.o., Shoaib Manager 44, Yere Goud 43 n.o.).

FUCC 352 for eight decl. in 86 overs (B. Akhil 92) and 83 for one in 27 overs (Vinod 56 n.o.). drew with Bangalore Cricketers 264 in 79.5 overs (K.S. Srinivas 52).

Jawans CC 428 for eight in 77.4 overs (C.M. Gautam 167, R. Jonathan 84, Md. Aleem five for 148) drew with Wadiyar CC 208 in 82 overs (Ravi Kumar 110, Ryan Ninan four for 70) and 135 for four in 39 overs (Fazal Khaleel 61).

Swastic Union CC (1) 300 in 77 overs (Deepak Chougule 92, Udit Patel 58 n.o., Gurprasad five for 58) and 232 for three in 29.2 overs (Bharath Chipli 122) drew with Jayanagar Colts 227 in 85.4 overs (D.N. Manjunath 43, Abrar Kazi four for 44).
