GULBARGA: The mock Common Entrance Test (CET) organised by The Hindu Education Plus for students aspiring to pursue professional courses will be held at the Sharanabasaveshwar Residential Public School in Gulbarga city on Thursday. Students interested in taking the mock CET, who have not registered for it as yet, can do so on the spot by paying the nominal fee of Rs. 100 at the school before 9 a.m. on Thursday.
Timings
While the Physics and Chemistry examinations will be held between 10.00 a.m. and 12.30 p.m., the Mathematics and Biology papers will be held between 1.30 p.m. and 2.50 p.m. and 3.10 p.m. and 4.30 p.m. respectively. The students will be provided lunch between 12.40 p.m. and 1.15 p.m. during the break. The top 10 students will be given prizes. The answer key to all the papers (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology) will be available on www.viswabharati.org on Thursday after 6 p.m. The answer key will also be published in The Hindu on Friday. The mock CET is a precursor to the pre-counselling guidance sessions, which will be held in Bangalore, Mangalore, Hubli and Gulbarga on a later date this month.
