HYDERABAD: The Lok Satta has welcomed the judgment quashing the State Government's attempt to unilaterally take over the assets and functioning of successful dairy cooperatives in Andhra Pradesh. National Coordinator Jayaprakash Narayan said the Governmentmove was `unconstitutional, dishonest and totally harmful for producers and consumers .
