* A sentence in an AFP report "Too long, too expensive and too dull a World Cup" ("Sport", April 29, 2007) was: "Matthew Hayden, meanwhile, crowned his comeback from the one-day wilderness by smashing virtually every attack to the four corners of the Caribbean, a performance which brought him the world record for the fastest ever century." It should have been "... fastest ever century at the World Cup", which the agency had failed to mention.
