SBM emerges champion

Bangalore: State Bank of Mysore (SBM) emerged champion in the Industries cricket tournament here recently.

In the final, SBM defeated Rail Wheel Factory (RWF) by three wickets with B. Akhil's 67 and Chetan Williams's 62 anchoring the chase.

RWF scored 218 for nine in 45 overs and SBM surpassed the score in 39.2 overs.

The scores:

RWF 218 for nine in 45 overs (Cheluvaraj 83, Prasanna Patil 62) lost to SBM 219 for seven in 39.2 overs (B. Akhil 67, Chetan Williams 62).
