AIYF day celebrated

ANANTAPUR: Formation day of All India Youth Federation (AIYF) was celebrated in different parts of the district on Thursday.

At a function held in Tadipatri bus stand, speakers recalled various issues that the organisation had taken up.

Flag of the organisational was hoisted and a portrait of Bhagat Singh was garlanded by State vice-president G. Gopal, district president A. Sreeramulu and town president P.L. Narasimhulu.

Speaking on the occasion, the AIYF leaders said the organisation was able to pursue the Government to make voting right for youth attaining 18 years.
