Corrections and Clarifications

* The heading of a report was "Form 16 not required for filing I-T returns" (Internet edition, May 4, 2007) while the strapline was "No forms are to be submitted without annexures". It should have been "New forms are to be submitted ...", the reference being to the ITR series tax return forms to be introduced from May 14, 2007.

* In an agency report "Murphy fightback stuns Stevens" ("Sport", May 3, 2007), on the World snooker championships at Sheffield, U.K., the scorecard (quarterfinals results) wrongly stated that former champion Shaun Murphy of Wales beat Matthew Stevens 13-2. The score was 13-12 and corrected in the later editions.
