Felicitation to N. Mahalingam

Coimbatore: The Coimbatore District Small Industries Association, the Confederation of Indian Industry, Coimbatore Chapter, The Coimbatore Productivity Council, The Institute of Indian Foundrymen - Coimbatore Chapter and the Southern India Engineering Manufacturers' Association will organise a felicitation function for N. Mahalingam, industrialist, on his being conferred the Padma Bhushan.

The programme will be held on May 8 at Naani Kalaiarangam. G.K. Sundaram, industrialist, and S. Gurumoorthy, will offer felicitations.

Exhibition

Sirpi will organise `Sithirai Thiruvizha', an exhibition of handicrafts and handlooms, from May 7 to May 20 at Jayams Hall here.
