ISLAMABAD : As Chief Justice Iftikhar Chaudhary's roadshow was sweeping across Punjab province, President Pervez Musharraf held his own show of strength in Sindh province, sending out a ``warning'' to lawyers not to ``politicise'' a constitutional and judicial issue. Addressing a massive rally in Naukot in Tharparkar, President Musharraf said the legal fraternity and political parties were giving ``political colour'' to the reference against the Chief Justice. ``I want to give them a warning that their designs will not succeed, because for they need the people on their side. But one-lakh people are here before me, and that shows which side they are on. I want to tell these lawyers, don't get into politics, and live peaceably, let the Supreme Judicial Council decide the reference in a constitutional way,'' the President said.
