Minority colleges move High Court

Staff Reporter

BANGALORE: The Karnataka Religious and Linguistic Minority Professional Colleges Association has moved the Karnataka High Court against an order by the One-man Admission Committee asking it to keep in abeyance the counselling held by it for admission to postgraduate (PG) courses this year.

The association said some students, who could not make the grade for the PG courses, had approached the One-man Regulatory Committee to Oversee the Admission to Professional Courses and Implementation of Consensual Agreement/Arrangement, headed by N.R. Shetty. A single judge adjourned the case.
