NEW DELHI: A Division Bench of the Delhi High Court on Monday adjourned till May 21 the matter of the Union Public Service Commission in which the verdict given by the Single Judge Bench regarding disclosure of marks to the aggrieved civil services aspirants was challenged. The UPSC had filed the petition before the Division Bench after the Single Judge Bench had on April 17 directed it to comply with the orders of the Central Information Commission passed in connection with disclosing cut-off marks, individual marks and model answers to the aspirants who had appeared in the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination 2006. While giving the verdict, Justice Badar Durrez Ahmed had given 15 days to the UPSC to comply with the orders.
